Bridging the healthcare gap through accessible & compassionate primary care
The Urban Clinic of Atlanta and Good Shepherd Clinic are a newly merged organization providing free primary care services to uninsured and low-income adults throughout metro Atlanta. Operating clinic locations in Fulton and Clayton counties, the organization delivers accessible, high-quality care to patients by appointment only.
Among adults under the age of 65, Georgia’s uninsured rate is 19.2%, the second highest rate in the country.
UCA’s patient population draws from across metro Atlanta – primarily from the following counties: Clayton, Cobb, Dekalb, Fulton, Gwinnett, and Henry. 100% of patients are uninsured and living at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
